Confirmation
After receiving your Registration Form and Fee, the Conference
Secretary will send you a Confirmation Receipt which you
should present on arrival at the Conference Registration
Desk.
Cancellation Policy
In the event the Registration must be cancelled, written
notification should be sent to the Conference Secretary.
The following cancellation fees will be deducted before
refunding:
For Registration:
Cancellation received on or before before Aug. 20,
2008 amount paid minus 50 Euros and bank charge.
Cancellation received after Aug. 20, 2008 50% of the
payment and bank charge.
