Upon request, the Organizing Committee will send to participants
an official letter of invitation to the conference. This
invitation is intended only to help the participant to
obtain visa and travel funds and does not constitute any
commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any
financial support or to let him/her enter the country
for reasons other than attendance at the conference. Requests
should be addressed to Dr. E.W. Noh.
