To and From Incheon International Airport

We will meet you at the airport. The following may be helpful in case you miss us at the airport.

Limousine buses may be the best way to travel easily, at minimal expense, to and from various places around Korea. Information and tickets are available at the Transportation Information Counters near exit Nos. 2, 4, 9, and 13 on the arrival floor of the passenger terminal.

From Incheon International Airport to the Hotel (The name of the hotel will be announced later)

(1) Participants arriving at Incheon International Airport on September 21 (Sunday)
- Arrival on this day is strongly recommended

Because there will NOT be organized transportation between Incheon International Airport and Suwon where the Hotel is located, each participant arriving at Incheon International Airport has to travel to Suwon by Limousine Bus on his/her own. However, the organizers will help the participants to get from the airport to the limousine bus stop and offer their services to the participants for taking the bus to Suwon (Seosuwon Bus Terminal). An IUFRO sign will be placed at the exit on the arrival floor of the passenger terminal in the airport. When the participants arrive at the Seosuwon Bus Terminal by limousine bus, the organizers with an IUFRO sign will wait for the participants and take them to the Hotel. The Seosuwon Bus Terminal is the first bus stop from the airport.

If an unforeseen situation occurs, the participants should take the limousine bus which goes to Suwon-Youngtong at the limousine bus stop near exit No. 7 on the arrival floor of the passenger terminal and get off at Seosuwon Bus Terminal. Then, the participants can reach the Hotel on foot (it takes about 3 to 4 minutes).
